As Executive Producer and CEO of Switch, Pete will never let anyone forget his humble beginnings as a classically trained animator. Fast forward more than 30 years later, 10 as President/Executive Producer at Alliance Atlantis, 30 feature films and something like 50 thousand television credits later, Pete continues to feed his passion by developing a full slate of intellectual properties and co-productions, coaching young talent and actively participating on industry boards and committees.

Kemal is a post-production kingpin who has a hand in everything that hits the studio, from series to features, in both the Switch Animation and Switch VFX departments. Although he has the cutest baby girl in the known universe at home, he spends his days devotedly fixing and finishing at Switch Animation.

A seasoned animation professional whose visionary work has earned him acclaim and recognition, including a prestigious Emmy nomination in 2019 for his outstanding contribution to children's animated programming with Welcome to the Wayne. Tahir's feature debut film Charlotte has captivated audiences worldwide, competing in renowned festivals such as Annecy, and TIFF, honored as part of TIFF’s Canadian Top Ten, also clinching multiple awards, including the Audience Award at the Vancouver International Film Festival and Best Editing in Animation Award at the Canadian Cinema Editors Awards. Tahir's exceptional work has been recognized by numerous prestigious institutions, with notable nominations at the Canadian Screen Awards and the Writers Guild of Canada.

With 20 years in animation as a Senior Director of Production, Supervising Producer, and Artist, Martin brings a unique blend of creative and operational expertise to Switch Animation. Starting as an Animator, he has a deep understanding of the creative process, which informs his approach to production management. This ensures the artistic vision is maintained while delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. His broad expertise spans budgeting, pipeline design, and leading successful collaborations with our partners and major industry players, earning studios top industry awards. As an integral team member, Martin ensures exceptional outcomes, and if he looks like he’s up to something, it’s because he’s plotting how to make our next deadline even more 'exciting' than the last.
